The End Of Time

The first part of my tryptych. Acrylics, Inks and Biro. The phot could be better - some detail has been lost but I will perhaps try again at some point. A lot of different references from science fiction, mythology, religion and choldhood memories. The tryptycyh takes the idea that time and the multiverse are cyclic, that the multiverse continually destroys and reinvents itself, each time slightly different. I first read this idea in 'the fall of chronopolis' by Barrington J Bayley. However the picture has little real relation to this and explores my own themes. Eventually the story will be completed when I paint and add 'The Timeless Ocean' and 'Time Regenerated'.
